Privacy Policy
How Kaimana LLC handles the information you give us. Last updated 3 September 2026.
Who we are
This site is operated by Kaimana LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We run padel, surf and wellness retreats in Playa Venao, Panamá.
For anything in this policy, write to dani.portilla1@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the waitlist form: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, your padel level, and which package interests you. Nothing on this site is required of you, and you can visit every page without giving us anything.
Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, which include visitors' IP addresses and browser type. We do not use these to identify anyone.
What we do not do
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics and no advertising or tracking pixels of any kind. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
One exception worth naming: the page loads a typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and Google receives your IP address in the process. We do not send Google anything else about you.
Why we have it, and for how long
We use what you give us for one thing: to contact you about the retreat, including dates, pricing and how to book. You gave it to us for that purpose and we treat that as the whole of our permission.
We keep it until you ask us to delete it, or until the retreat programme ends and there is no longer a reason to hold it.
Who else touches it
Two companies process this data on our behalf, and only to do their job:
- Netlify hosts the site and stores waitlist submissions.
- Google provides the email account we write to you from.
Both store data in the United States. If you are writing from outside the US, that means your information is transferred there.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email dani.portilla1@gmail.com and we will do it within 30 days. You do not need a reason, and asking costs you nothing.
Every email we send you carries a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing removes you from the waitlist.
Children
This site and our retreats are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you directly rather than expect you to notice.
